WE have hundreds of stunning Royal plants available to buy from the 2012 Royal Windsor Horse Show and Diamond Jubilee Pageant.

The colourful collection, recently enjoyed by the Queen and other dignitaries at the lavish events, were kindly donated to chYps by corporate supporter Lavender Green Flowers.

People will be able to buy the beautiful indoor and outdoor plants at the EllenorLions Hospice in Northfleet at our coffee morning on Friday 25 May, from 1030am till 12.30pm.

Prices start from £3 and there is a wide variety to choose from, including Guzmanias, Agave, yellow Daisy pots, big and little ferns, large Pampas grasses and smaller grasses.

A small selection of plants will also be available to buy at our shops in High Street, Bexley and High Street, Swanscombe.

EllenorLions Hospice gardener Roger Thurman, said: “We are so grateful to Lavender Green Flowers for donating such a beautiful selection of plants. I’ve seen photos of the Queen looking at them at the Diamond Jubilee Pageant, so it feels lovely having them here in the hospice grounds.

“The company also gave us lots of beautiful bouquets of cut roses which were given to day therapy patients and hospice volunteers. Everyone was so chuffed with them. I would encourage everyone to come along to the coffee morning and grab a bargain before they go.”

Money raised from plant sales will help chYps to provide world-leading hospice care to around 120 seriously ill children living in West Kent and the London Borough of Bexley.
